Road to React Right
There’s a big difference between hoping someone else knows what to do and knowing you do. React Right helps you cross that line. Through practical, scenario-based training, you’ll learn First Aid & CPR, Oxygen administration, and AED use, practising each skill until it feels natural. The goal is simple: help you step in, stabilise situations, and buy valuable time until professional care arrives. These are skills that matter everywhere, but even more so in remote places where help may take time to arrive. It’s also the next step in your DIVEJourney before moving on to the Diver Stress & Rescue Course.
You walk away not just trained, but reassured, knowing you can make a difference when needed.

Prerequisites:
- It is mandatory to finish reading your course material BEFORE you arrive.
Medical Form:
Before you dive, you’ll need to fill out a medical questionnaire. It is a self-check of your eligibility to dive.
If you do need a doctor’s clearance, we will guide you through it! Download the form now.

- The minimum age to be more prepared is 12 years.

Can non-divers do this course?
- Yes, the program is open to divers and non-divers alike.
- The program focuses on skills that are useful far beyond diving.
- Imagine being on a holiday and an emergency knocks at your door. It’s always better to be prepared, isn’t it?
Do I need to do the Diver Stress & Rescue Course along with this program?
- Not necessarily; React Right can be completed on its own.
- That said, React Right is a prerequisite for the Diver Stress & Rescue course, so most divers choose to do it beforehand or in combination.
- Think of React Right as learning how to provide care at the surface, and Stress & Rescue as learning how to prevent and manage problems in the water. They complement each other truly well.
What is the validity of SSI React Right Certification? Do I need to renew it in regular intervals?
- The SSI React Right certification is valid for 2 years.
- That’s because skills like CPR, AED use, and oxygen administration rely on muscle memory and confidence – things that fade if they aren’t practised.
- Renewing every two years isn’t just about keeping your card current; it’s about staying ready to respond when it actually matters.
Where do I access my course material?
